Will a Narco VOA-5 CDI (localizer and glide slope indication) work with a King radio (such as the KNS-80)?

I can't say with 100% certainty, but I doubt it. On my old Cessna, I had a Narco indicator on my old Narco radio. When I changed to a new King radio, the avionics shop got to sell me a new indicator to go with it, lucky me. The tech told me that generally indicators are made to go only with their respective brands but I'm sure there would be exceptions.
