  1. I've been around huoston, (only live 100 miles away), And Pawn shops usually take anything in working condition.

  2. Call them up and ask.  That's how most people find out things.  Why ask us?

  3. Hello SD.

You should be able to pawn your paintball gun in Dallas... but are you wanting to pawn (get a loan) or sell?    The gun has to be working and should be clean.   The clerk will ask you how much you need... and then proceed to offer you something.   It is common for a pawn shop to give more if you are selling rather than pawning.  I think it is because they don't have to hold it as long as if they were loaning money on it - which is 60-90 days.  If they buy it... they only have to hold it 30 days.

Find one of the larger pawnshop chains... not the mom and pop type.  Larger will give more because they normally deal with more people.   You don't have to pawn/sell at the first place you go to.   Go to a few and find the one that offers the most money... then go back.

OH.... It will do you no good to call on the phone...  as they are usually busy and cannot give you a good answer until they see your item anyway.

    Hope those suggestions help.

    Thanks for reading.

  4. Some of the local pawn shops near me have taken in paintball markers.  More than likely any pawn shop in Dallas will take one in too.  The best thing to do is either give them a call or stop by.  Don't expect to get a lot of money or even close to what you think your marker is worth, it will not happen.
