Will a Samsung LCD HD TV bought in UK work in the US?

Do I need a transformer? Do I need to worry about NTSC/PAL conversion?

i think the only issue you might have is with the outlet.

You probably won't need a transformer. You probably will need a plug adapter. And if it has PAL in on the back, then yes. However, if you use other inputs (component, hdmi, etc) I would think it would work.

Afcourse it'll work. Because Samsung LCD is multi system and auto volts. It can work between 100 to 240 volts. 50-60 Htz. The only problem you may encounter is the power Cord. But you can easily buy the adaptor any where.
