Will a Uniden TRU9496 new base phone work with the old TCX805 handset?

i have the older model of handsets, and i would like to replace my base. will the new one specified work with the old expandable handsets? thanks in advance

  1. No.  According to Uniden, the TCX805 can only work with TRU8860, TRU8865, TRU8866, TRU8880 and TRU8885, TRU8888, ELT560, ELBT585, ELBT595, CLX465, CLX475 and CLX485 model bases.
