  1. Yes, she will be put into the "system".

You could take the chance, and try to get her then, but it is not likely you will.

This sounds more to me that you are using your suspicions to just hurt the Mom!  You will wind up hurting the daughter.

Wake up call.  Your daughter has/will make her own decision when she'll become sexually active, and she can be a VERY sweet girl, with great parenting, when that decision is carried through.  That decision for girls and boys has NOTHING to do with good "parenting".

However, that decision, is not usually made to "go active" when a child has good self esteem.

A young persons self esteem is based on many relationships, not just with the parent.

YOU can help by befriending her, and give her the talk, in a GENTEL and understanding way...and letting her know, that boys will chase after a girl that "gives it up"  only long enough to "get what they want", and then they move to the next conquest.  A boy will only stay steady with a girl that gives him lots of personality, and is mostly FUN, along with sharing and caring.  Most girls just don't know this.

And DAD, who knows more than you, that some boys will TAKE what they want, even if the girls says "No".  This happens very often.

So don't be in such a big hurry to blame the Mom in this.

Rather, be in a hurry to give your daughter, love support, and understanding,  ...

and MORE understanding if she has been with a boy.

It's not the end of things for her.  It is just plain ignorance to believe that women don't have "needs" too.

Yes, it IS better to wait, but for some...that's very hard.

  2. Not necessarily. You might be able to get full custody. Take a DNA test to prove parenthood.

  3. are you ok...i hope everything works out dude..T__________T

  4. you think your daughter is sexual active? or her mom? if the daughter then you can do something about it if she is under a certain age! in north carolina is 16 i think! i was 17 my dad found out about me and my boyfriend and he tried to get him arrested and they told him that he cant! also because of what my dad did and i guess me having s*x...by the way i was 17 and it was my first time....my dad and i dont talk anymore! if i was you i would talk to your daughter about it! ask her if its true tell her that you dont like it if it is! and then also be like not in my house and ask her if she needs or wants to get on birth control! trust me handle it with careful hands that arent shaking all over the place if you know what i mean! i know it will be hard for the both of you to be talkin about that kind of thing but in the long run its better then just jumping the gun like me daddy did! good luck to you and god bless....by the way i am now 18 and my dad and i dont talk much still!

  5. No the child won't go into the system. They would have to do their investigation and all and watch her for a while. If they are  your kids then do a dna test and you have a place to live and away to support them then more than likely they will go to you.
