Will a cup of tap water cost $2 in 20 years?

if so how will we get ppl to stop wasting water?

I love to drink tap water, It is probably one of the only drinks I drink, I should not think it will be $2 as its a natural resource and it is not a man made resource... even though they do filter it.

Well typically between taxes and inflation every doubles in price every 10 years. The cost of water per cup from the tap is much too low to be that much in 20 years though.

I don't know but we all use it to bathe are selves with and go swimming in it.  I drink water because it quinches my thirst.
