At our office building - a baby goose showed up out of nowhere one day and the Swans that live in our pond will not allow him into the water etc. Well, we caught him and intend on putting him near another family of swans at a different location.

Will they accept him and take him in as their own?

  2. Sometimes--yes--sometimes --no.  BUT a goose is not a swan.  That would not be impossible--but not as likely to happen.

  3. doubt it because most animals go by smell

if they dont smell the same then they wont take her in

i know cause ive had alot of baby  birds and squirrels

  4. yea,... any kind of birds  dnt distinguish their babys,.. they just have to be the same speacie.. not a diff bird..
