Will a hospital admit me without insurance?

they can not refuse you treatment ....they can get you stabilized and then will ship you to a county hospital, or someplace that will take care of you.

Federal law requires a medical facility to treat someone who is injured and needs treatment and they can't hold you hostage until you pay.  Thus being one of the reasons health insurance cost are out of control.  But don't plan on be able to seek treatment for nonemergencies, they won't have to treat you.

You will be evaluated by a doctor. & if you are basically stable, they'll send you on your way.

If you are sick the hospital has an obligation to treat you, however, you can get in without insurance, but you better be ready to come up with some money or a payment plan when it comes time to get out.
