Will a junior school ID work for R rated movies?

im 16, and im going to be a junior, if i show them my junior school id will i be able to get in? it doesnt say my birthday but most juniors are 17 .. so would they let me in ?

Uh, no.  Honestly, why do you think that would work?

It would most likely depend on how strict your local theater is.

Some theaters don't even ask for ID, while others have been cracking down and wanting to see it.

You could try asking around about the rules in your theater.

Other than that, the only way to know is to try.

Na, you need a state ID. Trust me my brother had his school ID and he was a senior but he couldn't get in to see Halloween (the wack remake).
