My rent is always paid. there are no damages. no rats or bugs. I just tend to have clothes on the floor. would that be a problem for most landlords?

  1. Who is going to tell him?  However, if the landlord sees the mess, it might be a problem.

  2. How would they know?

Try not to be such a slob anyway.  Why don't you lay your clothes over a chair instead.

  3. A landlord is not going to see it only if he/she come into the house. he/she might ask you to clean up the next time he/she have to come inside.

  4. Most landlords wouldn't even know if you have clothes on your floor. Unless they have to come in to the house to fix something, your housekeeping style is your own business.
