  1. Yes, you should be able to hit around 20-25 fps on max or near max settings, as long as you don't overdo the resolution or AA. But also realize there will be sharp differences in fps depending on the area. You could get around 30-40 fps in standard Azeroth, but it could dip in the teens in the sunwell and raids.
