Will a letter get delivered if i only put the name of the person and the post code???

it wasnt done on purpose and was posted my accident all it has on the envolope is the persons full name city and post code with no house number :((

  1. Depending if there is only one person with that name, which probably isn't likely, if you had a return address on it, you should get it sent back to you as undeliverable mail.

    Unless it is a very small town and the postman knows them like where I live, it's probably unlikely.


  2. postcode gives the street name and city to the postal service, if only the number is missing i'm sure most postmen either know who most of their customers are or have enough initative to ask. i'm pretty sure it'll get there.
