Will a little bit of hayfever affect my commercial pilot hopes?

I have hayfever, hardly serious though, will it affect my hopes of becoming a commercial pilot?

  1. And even the military isn't that interested in "normal" alergies.


  2. None what so ever. The only problem that may occur is if your sinuses become blocked, which may mean you may be grounded for a short while. But doesn't everyone get a cold?

  3. Nope. You'll be fine. Its nothing serious. Military selection boards are the only ones that kick up a fuss over it.

  4. No. You will be perfectly fine honestly. I mean if all the pilots who had hayfever couldn't fly then, the airline industry would be in great difficulty. If it does get any worse, just simply get some tablets for it. Besides it usualy clears up after a few years, so there isn't too much to worry about. You will be perfectly fine when it comes to being a pilot! Good luck and I am sure you will get there!!
