Will a male hamster get sad if he doesn't have a female to have s*x with?

i have 2 male hamsters. i see them l*****g their p***s's. is it vital for them to have s*x. and if they dont, will it effect them in any way? and is it normal for them to have a big s*****m?

They l**k themselves to keep clean and sometimes to help themselves pee if they are having trouble. Their scrotums are normally big in proportion to their overall size.

As far as not having s*x goes, it really doesn't seem to cross their mind as long as there aren't any receptive females around.

Another male hamster will satisfy his need to be social. If you add females, prepare for the males to begin fighting each other.

They are cleaning each other.  And they do not need s*x
