  1. No it will not directly fit.  The mounting points are different and in slightly different locations.  You will need to weld in new engine mounting points in the engine bay, your wiring harness will have to be modified, cutting up aw11 (mk1) and sw20 (mk2) engine harness to make one harness so you can plug into the aw11 body harness.  Its one of the hardest swaps for an aw11.  If you have good experiance with welding and wiring its will be a nice swap.

Some other choices are 4agze (145-170hp supercharged, if your looking for boost) 4age 20 valve (160-165hp), or the newer 4age "small port" or "red top" engine (125-135hp) all of these will bolt right in to the aw11 and will run with some wiring harness modification/rewiring.  Hope this helps good luck.

  2. as he said its a pain to do...just turbo it....ive thought about it when i had my aw11...but didnt want to spend too much on it....i swapped in a jdm small port and used the supercharged tranny for the lsdand bigger axles...jdm manifold because it had a bigger plenium...supra fuel pump....msd system...centerforce dual friction clutch...trd headers...and just lowered it with eibac springs and koni yellows...with eibac sway bars....it was fast and sturdy around corners...and it was faster then my buddies supercharged aw11...fast enough to kill a 91 mustang 5.0 off the line by 7 cars....and a srt4 neon boosting high...when i gave him a car head start...
