yes it will, in fact they are pretty much the same gun

Most of them yes..... The 8 shot 20 inch barrel Mossberg 500 barrels wont fit the 6 shot Mavericks but will interchange with the 8 shot Maverick security models.....  The stocks interchange also. the foregrip piece and the trigger assembly dont interchange between the 500 and the Maverick either.... As long as the magazine tubes are the same length then the barrels will interchange......

Yeah, Thats what I did with my Maverick. They are the same gun, just a few differences in where the parts are made, and the forearm of it is different than the 500.
