  1. No.

You can find an adapter that will allow a Nikon DX lens to work on a Canon Rebel or 20D, 30D or 40D, but you will not have the use of the lens as an autofocus lens.

If you want a fisheye for your Canon 1v or other 35 mm EOS, you will have to buy the Nikon 16 mm fisheye ... but why?  Just buy the Canon fisheye made for your camera

  2. Hello there,

The short answer is No.  Reason being is that Nikon and Canon mounts are not compatible so lenses will not work to interchange.

    Hope that helps.

PS:   It does not matter if you buy now for your Nikon or just wait until you get it back.  You won't be able to use the fisheye on your Canon...  but if you are seriously wanting to experiment with a fisheye,  why not find a place that rents lenses and get the one that fits Canon?  Then you will save alot of money, if you decide it is not what you would use too often.
