  1. They always tell Cancer patients to be positive in order to fight the disease... so maybe negativity plays a role in how our body works in terms of longevity, too.

  2. Research has shown that those who commonly experience anger (expressed or suppressed) have a higher mortality rate than the normal population.

Additionally, those who supress their anger have a higher mortality than those who "explode".

  3. I beilive we all have a time to depart from this earth but I also have heard that stress/anger can reduce days of your life

  4. In my opinion, we all die sometime if it's your time it's your time so might as well not worry about it. Weather you choose to live in anger and or anything.

  5. yes because your body will internalize that stress and take it out on your organs.  You may get high blood pressure which will beat up your insides.  That stress may cause you to gain some belly weight which will put pressure on your organs.  And your mind might be in constant turmoil because of all these bottled up feelings and you may go crazy or do some things that cause yourself harm.  You will most likely die faster.

  6. If they have an elevated blood pressure and a predilection to stroke or heart attack, they might drop dead from the anger.  Then again, some people who keep it bottled up will get so stressed out, that they'll stroke out from the stress.  It really depends on the person.

  7. Science has already confirmed what many of us have long suspected - anger and hostility seem to lead to heart attacks.. Yes, Heart Attack!!.. It is also known increased levels in the blood of a protein, homocysteine, are accompanied by damage to the coronary arteries. In fact, raised "bad" cholesterol (LDL-cholesterol). I wish I could remember this more often before I die of a heart attack!.. Wink!

    Good luck!
