Will a pior new york dwi show up in north carolina if i get arrested for dui?

i got a rrested in nc on a dui and im wondering if my priors in ny will affect me here ...i heard that if they dont dig for them you are ok please help i jus need to kno if i am looking at time

Yes, it will show up in their checking your driving records from other states, and could affect a new dui arrest.

You should be doing time.  You have obviously not learned from prior mistakes.  If it doesn't show up and you get off, will you move to another state and continue to drink and drive?

Yes, they will run a criminal back round check, that is with your SS#, in addition they will check other states to see if you had driving privileges revoked...shame...shame.
