it takes 3 weeks from the date of conception to get a positive test result or one week after your missed period. if it has only been a day since intercourse the egg may not have even been fertilized yet and even once that occurs it takes a while for the fertilized egg to make its way to the uterus. The day after what? the day after you have s*x? Um no. The day after your missed period, yes.

If you're wanting to find out the day after unprotected s*x then, no, it will not be accurate.

After you ovulate the egg lives for about 24 hours.  The sperm will meet and fertilize it and then it takes 6-8 days for the fertilized egg to travel into your uterus and implant.  Generally it takes at least 5-7 days for you HcG levels to become high enough for a pregnancy test to detect it.

It is possible to find out very early (I found out 4 days before my missed period with both of my pregnancies), but most often it is suggested that you wait until the first day of your missed period to test.

Hi you can buy pregnancy test's that can tell you if your pregnant 3 days before your period is due....!

If you mean the day after you have had s*x then no. If you mean the day after your missed period then probably yes but i would recommend waiting a week. Unless you buy one of the tests that can test up to 6 days before missed period.
