Will a regular hula hoop help??

I want to lose some fat on my stomach. I can't do sit ups or crunches or anything cuz I have a really bad back. Will hula hooping help me out at least a bit?

    like 200 a day.

    but it's all pretty fun so it'll be easy :):)

  2. Hoola Hoop will do the trick and will be fun. 40-50 hoolas and more.
