  1. Absolutely, the biggest issue that you have to concern yourself with is making sure that the dish has a clear view of the southern sky.  

    Oh yeah, and if you are married how much the wife will like it.


  2. no. glass is an attenuator, just like trees.

    you need a clear view, read that as an OPEN view of the SW sky.
