nope

glass is not effected by cold.

if not your windows would crack every time temperature went below freezing.

the reason that bottles break when too long in the freezer is because the liquid expands and at one point the bottle gives way.

But that's nothing to do with the glass.

More than likely not, but I would still say there is a fair chance of it.

A glass made of scotch?  Or a glass you plan to fill with scotch?  Or a glass with scotch in it?  The last one - won't crack.   Proof is over 45, so alcohol high enough to prevent freezing.

probably not

my friend puts wet glasses in the freezer so they are frosty all the time
