  1. A pinch (about 3 teaspoons) wont do anything,

A dash (1.5 tablespoons) wont do much, just add a few more calories.

    A layer - don't do :|

  2. It will not make a big difference when compared to all the calories in the pasta and sauce.

  3. It depends on what you define as a "sprinkle" and how often you have pasta with a "sprinkle" of cheese.

  4. 1 grated tablespoon of Parmesan only has 20 calories.  It is the only cheese I eat regularly and I am loosing weight.

  5. IT WONT MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE...

IF YOU WANT TO ADD A SPRINKLE OF CHEESE ADD IT...

LIFE IS TO SHORT TO WORRY ABOUT IF A SPRINKLE OF CHEESE ADDED WEIGHT...

    JUST ENJOY YOUR PASTA=]

  6. If you are worried about your weight skip the pasta.  Pasta is full of carbs and carbs are fattening.

Just a sprinkle won't hurt though seriously.

  7. I would be more worried about the pasta – processed flour products are not that great if trying to lose weight.

p.s. A “sprinkle” of cheese is hardly going to matter in the scheme of things.

  8. If you literally mean "sprinkle" no. Calories; probably, but not enough to make you GAIN weight!
