  1. first you heat it up(which ever way you like) and then you let it cool(with ice or anything cold if you want to drink it cold)

  2. Tea will leach into cold water, but it takes a lot more time to dissolve in cold water than it does in hot water. What steeps in three minutes in hot water could take as long as three hours in cold water. Chemically, it is no different.

  3. You want to steep it in hot water first.  Then put ice in it if you want it cold.  It will not steep correctly in cold water.

  4. it has to be hot water

then put it in the fridge, that will make it cold

  5. hot water will make it taste better faster, just put it in hot water, then put it in the freezer for 5-7 minutes... nice and cool.

  6. They now make tea bags for cold water.  My husband picked up a box not long ago.

You can also buy powdered tea to make ice tea.  Just stir one spoon full into cold water.
