Will a tempurpedic mattress hurt or help my back?

If I sleep on soft mattresses for a long time sometimes my back will spasm, and I won't be able to walk really for awhile.

they are comfortable

but it you move A LOT when you sleep

then just stick to a regular one

Geez....are you really asking this question?!?! They will definitely help your back! I love my memory foam mattress...it's a tempurpedic.
