Will a turquoise color match?

I have becomed obssed with the color torquoise and I've been wanting to paint my room that color. The only problem is that I purchased my furniture before deciding on the color. Everytime I see a picture of a room painted in that color the furniture is always white. will this color work with this color of furniture?

  1. Natural wood looks great with any color.  The reason the furniture is white in the pics is to make the room look bigger and brighter.

    Your room may look a little dark.  If you leave the ceiling white and add white or light colored accents, I think it would look beautiful.
