Will a us ntsc ps3 work on an eu HDtv?

Hi! I wonder if a us ps3 ntsc, will work on a european hdtv? What are the issues? Will all games work? What will not work? Will DvD and PS2 Games work? Blu-ray? THinkking of importing one from the US, but im unsure if it will work :/, everybody says that it'l work fine, but... There must be some problems, ive heard.. Thanks for answers ::)

Jose Ds - dude there are no regions for blue ray games, but there are for movies.

And to answer your question, absolutely. I live in germany and i went to florida over the break to buy a PS3 and brought it back here to europe and it works BEAUTIFULLY. Just make sure to get a bulky transformer.

HDTV uses digital output, so it's not important where does PS3 come from. PS3 games are region free. But you won't be able to watch local movies and play local PS1/2 games - PS3 is region locked for that type of data. Get a good power converter - 400 watt min.

it is working fine as all HDTV in europe are compatible with the PAL and NTSC. just think about the regions on blue ray and HD material. those can be differ from the US and EU.
