Will a wasp gang up on me and sting me?

basiclly there were a wasp nest there were about 5 wasp on it so then i took a rake and knock down the nest bc i have kids runnimg around and im scared one of them might get stung. now the wasps are just flying around where the nest used 2 be. i was wondering if there going 2 go away? will they make a new nest near my house again?

well if you anger them they will defend what they think is their domain. bees and wasps like anything that has a fragrance i.e. cologne, hair products, some lotions, etc. I would get rid of the problem at the source. Get the nest. Be careful, especially if you are allergic to bee stings!! good luck

Oh, knocking it down with a rake probably wasn't a good idea...

And yes, they probably will nest nearby again. Until then, they'll be even more active, buzzing around to flowers and stuff.

Just wait till they build the new nest, and then one night, while they're in it and asleep, soak it in wasp killer, just cover it

Hmmm well you might get lucky and they might leave but they will probably build another one near your house. If you want to get rid of them, however, you should spray them and the nest with citrus oil extract because it kills them on contact. :)
