I messed up and for some stupid reason I added 2 tablespoons vinegar to my tomatoes instead of lemon juice. I know lelmon juice is suppose to reduce the chance of spoilage. (I made salsa earler today and added vinegar to that recipe- I think that is why I had an idiot attack and added vinegar instead). Anyway- do you think this is unsafe. I didn't realize what I had done until I pulled the jars out of the canner.
