Will all Chinese algae eaters become aggressive

Not necessarily, as it depends on each individual fish. They have been proven to become more territorial with age, but keep a close eye on your fish and be sure not to keep any aggressive or semi-aggressive fish with them. With a big enough tank and enough hiding places, there is a possibility that aggression may not be a problem.
