Will all deaf students in State of Oregon will be reqiured to go OSD ( Oregon School for The Deaf ) ??????????

  1. That would be illegal--disability discrimination-can't segragate based on disability

NO NO NO.   Education legislation in the united states protects students with disabilities from being singled out.    IDEA  (individuals with disabilities education act) states all children must be educated to the greatest extent possible with their peers.  The special education department at the school closest to your home is required by law to put educational accomodations in place to educated all students regardless of disability
