  1. The AMA is fooked.

This is bad news. Myself and Proc have been following this, with a few other other newies, and there is now almost NO GOING back for the AMA. They are in bed with the DMG and are going to find it hard to get out.

Did you ( Blag ) hear the lastest podcast from rumblestrip ?

If not, have a go, its over an hour long but the DMG section is well worth it, : http://www.rumblestripradio.com/index.ph...

It will give you even more in sight in the DMG deal, and how bad it will be for the AMA.

  2. Hi Blag_D,  I agree with the part about promoting the bike before the sponsor. and think this is where DMG are going wrong. but as I read down the report it sounds as if they are going along the MotoGP route.  this is already being done. The simple solution is to keep the 1000cc class of superbike.

with GP going to change the 250 class (perhaps to 450cc ??)

and the WSBK staying with the 1000cc &600 Supersport/stock. the plan to change everything is probably a bad idea. and with the likes of Suzuki and Honda already saying they might not take part Ducati threatening too. it looks like someone should take charge. the OEM seem to have a bit more concern for the sport rather than DMGs concern for the sponsor. If nothing is done it wont just be Ben and Matt leaving the AMA .

  3. I think I could do a better job than either the AMA or DMG. They both blow. Hopefully someone steps in and starts a new series.
