Will all the new buildings built especially for the Beijing Olympic games be taken down at the end?

china plans on using all the buildings built for the games and have already shared plans for some of them.

The stadium and pool facilities are too expensive to just tear down.  expect to see them as the sites of future competitions.

The Olympic Village that is housing for the 16000 or so visitors will be converted to private uses.  It has already been sold to recoup some of the cost of putting on the games.
