Question:

Will an Apple iBook G4 work in Mexico?

I have the 12" 1.33 ghz Apple iBook with the included 3 pronged wall charger that comes with all U.S. Spec iBooks. I will be traveling to Puebla, Mexico in a few weeks time, and wonder if it will play nice with the current (AC vs DC) and voltage (120 volt?). Will I need a converter?

I also have a 4th generation iPod photo and an electric razor that run off the 2 pronged U.S. electrical socket. Will those both work in Mexico? Need I worry about power surges or shortages?

  1. Hi my friend! Yes mexican voltage is 120V and the  plugs are normally the same 90% of the time. (We also use the old ones without the ground)

So everything will work great for you!
