  1. if u play regularly, then after a while ull start 2 see results, cuz tennis is exercise for ur heart, legs, arms, pretty much evrything!

  3. Tennis tends to make thighs strong and big.  Ever look at the William sisters?  Of course playing will make you more fit and that is a healthy goal for anybody.

    Any exercise will help - walking, housework, s*x(!) etc.  Anything that gets you out of breath is exercise.  Good for you!

  7. maybe. if you run nonstop and you work them out very hard for one hour. if you do any type of activity nonstop, its going to do something. maybe not drop 3 inches, but it would get them burning which will build muscle.

  11. i have played tennis for a few years and in my opinion my thighs are the same. I have training three times a week and tournamits on saturdays. personally, swimming is the best sport to do if you are trying to lose weight. swimming gets rid of fat and works all your musles all at one time.  I do swimming in the summer and i lose like a few pounds over the summer. hope i helped!!

  13. If you do it once no. You have to actually play more then once to see any results. That's pretty much the case with any sport or exercise. Results take time...

  14. Yes, but you have to do it consecutively.  For some people its easy to lose weight and for others its harder.  But tennis is a great sport to play to lose weight because it consists of a lot of running and use of arms. So have fun!

  15. not just an hour. but maybe if you do it about 3-5 times a week for a month... it'll help.
