  1. Yeah, sure.  Bedframes should all come in standard sizes (single, double, king size, super king, etc).  So, for example, a double mattress should fit to any double size bedframe.  

    1 small thing to bear in mind is the depth of the mattress though, and whether this will look ok in your bedframe.  Should be fine, but worth just bearing in mind.  

    I used to have an ikea bedframe.  It was really good and lasted many years.  In that time I changed mattresses, just got a king size mattress for king size bed.

    If your frame can take them then they'll work as long as the frame can support their weight. You have to check which frame you're getting.

  3. I just bought an Ikea bed yesterday! And yes, they will fit standard frames/bedding.

    European lines don't always fit American lines, but Ikea makes their beds/bedding to fit US standards.
