Will an overdose of motrin kill you??

if it does, how many does a person have to take for it to be fatal??

i don't know how much it would take to be fatal but too much motrin can destroy your liver in time.

To much of any drug can kill you.  But the amount will depend on how your body processes the drug, body weight, health, etc.

I weigh just over 100lbs and I am allowed to take 4 otc pain relievers every 6 hours.  I have only had one minor od on otc meds and one severe od on a medication that was being given by a doctors orders while in the hospital.
