Will an upset stomach go on its own?

I have been ill for about 3 days now, and i was wondering if it will just go in its own time, also how long will it take?

No ur gonna be like that forever have you ever gotten sick b4? You will be fine.It should go away soon but if ur worried go to the doctor to get it checked out.Just stay in bed and eat things that are light on ur stomach.

Can take up to 48hrs, make sure your body is really well hydrated, drink only boiled or filtered water, To be honest you should consult your GP, vomiting and diarrhoea should not be ignored, esp after this length of time,.

Seek immediate medical help, this is not said to scare you, simply to advise, .

it normally takes 2-3 days if no medication used.

but you should try drinking alot of

you can drink tea with peppermint

at breakfast you can drink milk

is well digestive

light meals helps you

cook by olive oil ...is the best for this
