  1. Ya I think it will. I mean it strengthens legs. I used to use them and run up and down my stairs. It helped with my speed a lot. And I'm sure it will help with the vertical jump

  2. Jumpsoles definitley help I use them right now and could hang on the rim after a week( I could pull down on it before) get the proriceptors too.

  3. yepers! They work great with high heels!

  4. Ankle weights are only a short term solution. You might find an increased vertical jump for a few weeks, but over time water will fill your knees and you'll barely be able to jump at all. I advise strength shoes if you're looking for quick and permanent results.

  5. Ankle weights aren't going to get you much, maybe a little bit quicker feet. Jumpsoles can be used to enhance training, but only athletes who are lacking in a very specific area will experience better results with the jumpsoles than if they just did the drills without them. And you can find plyometric drills without paying 90 bucks.

What you should do is start doing squats to build a strength base for other training. Plyometrics utilize muscle contractions that are more powerful then your regular voluntary contraction, so you have to build up your muscles so they can support the extra force. Otherwise, plyos can injure you pretty easily. Read this http://jumphighest.blogspot.com You're 15, so I'm guessing you don't have much of a strength training background. Squats are definitely the way to go for starters. Good luck
