Will any of you please tell your experiences while astral traveling?

Please tell where you went and what you remember doing. Have you ever been able to "get inside " anyone and control what they do? Thanks.

my mates grandfather did it, but will never do it again had a bad experience he will not talk about it.

I have astral traveled once that I am aware of....it was many years ago, and at the time I thought it was a dream....but now because of the knowledge and experienced I gain in the past four years I know it was astral travel....

I remember traveling during the night, and met up with a spirit woman....She was a spirit grayish in color and we hugged as if we knew one another and that we missed one another.

I now know it was my spirit guide that comes to me these past four years, she looks the same, grayish to sometimes completely white, and she has no features that I can see.

I don't think you can control it completely....your spirit leaves the body, and takes excursions on it's own.....I believe when it happens when there's spirits around, that's the reason why it happens usually loved ones wanting to connect with you.

I do know a woman that can control it to a point, she tries to go to heaven, because she died when a young girl and met Jesus in heaven. But usually when she tries she ends up somewhere else. And I believe the reason for that is we need our spiritual guides to guide us, they are the ones appointed to us, the ones whom guided us here to be redeem.

I know the difference by the way I feel....I know the difference between dreaming....memory in dream form giving to me, OBE-astral projection, astral travel, third eye opens while sleeping......there is a difference that you just know, a awareness.

When you astral- OBE you do have like a life cord-silver cord attached to your body. Usually any interuption with your body you will return to your body pretty fast.

Yes I believe someone spirit can go into you, but when you come back you can gain control again, especially if your a strong spirit.

You can stay out of your body a long time, but it becomes dangerous for many reasons.

many people wonder how does one know if you are astral travelling and not just dreaming...Well there are many stages to dreaming...and all have a very different affect, as people who astral will tell you the same thing....

I suppose with astral anything is possible, and there are no limits..same as dreaming... But there is a very strong feel when you have become completely detached from your body, usually you can see your body laying in bed as you depart, not always but most times...you can feel being pulled out or floating out..I remember all my astral trips....To many to mention here.....There was one that was really beautiful, a place some where on this earth that i travelled to, which im yet to find where it was, ill never forget the scenery, i was in such awe with it....It was very tall cliffs that went down to the beach...but up on the hills, there was a small valley with a tiny town situated right in the middle, and i remember a chapel steeple being the highest point...If i ever find this place in my waking life, ill be so happy.....

Another two i had not very far apart, were interesting...both times, as i slept, what started off as a dream, as i saw my passed away friend, and his hands reached out to me, and then he just pulled me out, i was not frightened at all, he took me to all these places, he was in complete control, now he took me to a cemetery both times, one ive never seen before , but remember it so well as if i actually was there in waking life, we walked through the grounds, and there were people, sitting all over the ground all communicating to one another, i could hear their thoughts..sounded like low whispers...and after a few hours i was returned back to my body..It was after the second time that i realised all those people were actually buried there, and were all sitting by their tomb stones, so i was able to interact with all spirits....it was quite an experience...so everytime i ever go past a cemetery, i think about what i saw, and how it really looked from a spirits point of view......

Ive had a few really bad and frightening experiences, but i wont go into them here.....There was one, that kind of shocked me, and scared me at the time,...while i slept, i got up and walked into the kitchen, but when i got there, i felt something wasnt right, so i went back into my room and saw myself laying in bed..wow that kind of freaked me out, then again i went out into the kitchen, and again it didnt feel right, this went on for a good couple of hours, my spirit kept coming out of my body, and walked into the kitchen, without my body, and i couldnt get the two to work together...until it all got to much, and must of woken myself up, and eventually i got my body into the kitchen.....That was a really wierd experience, some people would call that a false awakening, which is pretty much the same thing,..My mind was working over time, wanting to go out into the kitchen, but my body was to sound asleep to respond...so they seperated..That was one strange OBE.....

And no ive never been able to get inside anyone, or really had control over where ive gone, you can do this with much practice, but ive never bothered.......

edit...as inteleyes has said, there is a silver cord that connects your spirit and body together, ive never seen it, but alot of people have....Doesnt matter where you go or how far, you will always return....I have to laugh at the false awakening OBE..(i can laugh about it now, but not then)....i walked from my room to the kitchen so many times, and i was so confused and scared, cause pretty much i couldnt put myself back together for ages, you could imagine the shock i was in while standing at my bedroom door seeing myself asleep on the bed, Thank god i came together again...That was one of the most frightening experiences, but not the most frightened experience......
