Hear With Your Eyes

How can you concentrate?

My words shout from the page

In silent rage

Can you hear them?

Can you feel the emotion

Of the poets potion?

Do you get the notion

To rub it in like lotion?

A skin verb

A mind noun

What's the function?

Did your School house rock

At Conjunction Junction?

Then what is better than

Flying with Letterman?

He's stored in the childhoods

Of every poet veteran.
