Will anyone rate my team for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl?

Want to restart my game or get a new one, and just planning for my future team. Tell me what you think. All suggestions are welcome.

Not as good as mine but pretty good, if you can go past pokemon league you could get better pokemon.

a bad team compared to mine i have action replay though team is a 6/10 just lose the Staraptor and heracross and replace them with a crawdant and rayquaza or a poision type and try to mention there levels next time sorry for my spelling mistakes i don't have my pokedex with me

Empoleon:

Yeah, you would get fine with some variation in this moveset. Keep Ice Beam, it's good against ground, and so is Surf. But get rid of Bubblebeam and Hydro Pump, you don't need all those water moves.

Teach it Rock slide to take care of electric pokemon, and Drill Peck to take care of fightning pokemon.

Lucario:

If you're Lucario is a sp.attack Lucario, you should get rid of Close Combat and Extremespeed because those moves are attack moves.

Teach it Water Pulse so it can take care of ground and fire type pokemon, and Psychic to take care of fighting type pokemon.

If you're Lucario is an attack Lucario, you should get rid of evrything except for Close Combat.

Teach it Earthquake to take care of fire types.

You should also teach it Shadow Claw and Poison Jab to get som variety in you're team.

Staraptor:

Great Staraptor, someone did their homework. The only thing is that you keep both U-Turn and Roost, and get rid of Fly since you've got Bravebird.

Garchomp:

Garchomp is an attack pokemon, so you should teach it attack moves and not sp.attack moves. So the only move that could stay is Poison Jab, and switch the others out with Dragon Claw, Fire Fang and Cruch.

Heracross:

They're all good moves, but you haven't considered Heracross's weaknesses. Close Combat and Megahorn should stay. But istead of Brick Break and Aerial Ace, teach it Night Slah to take Psychic and Stone Edge/Rock Slide to take care of fire and flying.

Spiritomb:

It's OK, considering it can't learn that many moves.
