The possibility looks very good, however the organizers of the Tour make the final call.  I miss the old Discovery team, but Astana will make up for the loss.

They can make a last minute call. There is a possibility.

I miss the Discovery Team also.

That they were left off this years Tour was crazy, and although Sastre has ridden an excellent race, who knows what would have happened had Astana been there.  They are a very strong team.

I suspect they will be back next year, but they are at the whim of the Tour organizers.
