Will baking a cake in a crockery dish work?

  1. As long as it's oven safe sure. I always put parchment paper in the bottom of my cake pan to ensure the cake comes out clean. You might want to do that as well or make sure you grease and flour the dish well.


  2. I supose you could but i dont know about getting the cake out of the dish though, maybe you could try lining it with tinfoil or something first so you can just lift it out and it dosnt stick to the bottom of the dish.

  3. Only if the dish is "Oven Safe" otherwise you'll craze the finish and ruin the dish.

  4. yes it can work but make sure it allowwed in the oven!
