Will baking frozen cooked egg rolls make them crispy?

Question

I'm having a party and want to make egg rolls a few days before so I don't have to do too much the day of. So I'm wondering if I can make them, fry them, then freeze them until the day of...then put them in the oven, would they be crispy or soggy? Has anyone every tried this? What were your results?
