they'll work but if your thinking about being serious about playing volleyball u need to get good volleyball shoes.

my coach told me to buy volleyball shoes, i did and they are great. i recommend that. mizuno has the best ones

i suggest you get runners for vollyball

look into asics. that's what our team uses. great shoes, great traction. not too expensive either. good shoe for the level that you're at. good luck.

I think yes.

I still use basketball shoes for my volleyball practice.

But I use runnings shoes for game.

Because basketball shoes is more cool, from shape and design. hehe

and when i jump badly, i can landing without any accident.

you can use them but i would really suggest buying volleyball shoes asap. look into mizunos, my team uses them & they're very comfortable

Yes they will definitely suffice. The bottoms of the shoes are made of a similar material, and should be fine. My friend used to wear his all the time when he didn't want to bring both his volleyball and basketball shoes.
