iam not exactly sure what your asking but I dont think so. Planes from all over the world arrive in the same relative space and then everyone gets off and has to wait on the same line. Meaning American passport holders have to wait in the same line with Brazilians, South Africans, even Japanese. I think the only exception in Germany would be holders of other EU passports.
