if you want it in english go to the duomo around 5 i think it is on saturday and that's when the english mass is

Here is the Mass schedule for the Cathedral of S. Maria del Fiore on Sundays:

7:30 AM Mass

9:00 AM Mass

10:30AM Mass (in Gregorian chant, concelebrated in Latin by the Cathedral Chapter)  

12:00AM Mass (with the organ)

6:00 PM Mass (with the organ)

Saturday afternoon:

5:00 PM Mass (in English)

6:00 PM Evening Mass (with the organ)
