I was wondering if anyone else has been to Eurodisney-could only afford to do a day trip from London would it be worth the expense or better waiting for my next trip and allowing more than one day? Is it easy to get the shuttle from CDG there. and what would the weather be like in September. Any hints about which attractions to head for first ??

  1. i don't think just one day is enough for your money, the eurostar and shuttles are expensive, as is entrance to the park itself.

you'll be far better off staying in london, check out the museums which are all free and go on the london eye :)

  2. Try the Asterix Theme Park. It's more fun than Eurodisney IMO

  3. You can take the EuroStar (Channel Tunnel Train) direct from London's Waterloo Station to  Disneyland for US$ 50 each way  per Adult.

If you have one day for a trip, The city of Paris may be a better bet.

  4. try eurostar it stops in chessy marne la vallee which is right next to the park.

But there's better things to do in Paris than eurodisney.

or stay in London and visit.

  5. Wait until your next trip.

For that matter, wait forever. There are an almost infinite number of things to do that are better than Disneyland.

Seriously, London is a marvelous city with a vast number of things to do. Unless you've already been to London and seen everything that there is to see (which would take several years at least) it seems quite a waste of time to travel to France for just a day.

Shuttles run regularly from both CDG and Orly to Disneyland. From CDG you can also take the train (RER B) to Chatelet and transfer to RER A which takes you to disneyland.
